Refund policy
Refund Guideline:
For returns with JOYBRU, initial communication is required - Uninformed returns may affect your refund. Returns dispatched to incorrect addresses, due to the lack of initial communication, are not eligible for refunds or reships. Products must pass full inspection before issuing a refund. Ensure to follow customer service guidelines to streamline your refund. Initiate returns by emailing refunds@joybru.com. Non-Refundable Items: JOYBRU doesn't cover Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed, or Undelivered shipments, or those seized by Customs.
Undelivered returns may either be refunded (deducting shipping costs and a 3% processing fee) or reshipped after an additional shipping fee. **Refused Packages excluded. Check the Refused Packages section below. Items returned after 30 days from purchase or without initial contact with JOYBRU are non-refundable. JOYBRU isn't responsible for customer-made duplicate orders online.
Rather than refusing a package, accept it and immediately inform us for proper return processing. If you refuse a package (other than for package damage), you may get a refund (deducting original shipment costs, return shipping fees, and a 3% processing fee), if and when we receive the package back.

PLEASE NOTE: Refused packages incur a return shipping fee deducted from your refund. The cost of the return fee is unknown until charged by the shipping agent. Refusing your package implies acceptance of this return fee - Refused packages due to obvious package/item damage won't be charged for return shipping. If the package returns to the warehouse, we may either refund the entire order or reship a new package at no extra cost. Contact us immediately if you refuse a package for tracking purposes.
- PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages may get lost during return and may not be returned. Without receipt of the returned shipment, we cannot issue a refund.

PERISHABLE/UNWANTED ITEMS: Immediately contact us for returning any unwanted items. Items returned after 30 days from purchase or without initial contact with JOYBRU are non-refundable. Perishable/unwanted items MUST be unopened with seals fully intact for refunds. No exceptions. Qualifying unwanted perishable or unwanted items can be returned for a refund (deducting original cost, a 3% processing fee, and the original shipping cost). The customer pays for the return shipping of unwanted items.

Please note. Notify us within 30 Days of your order. The "Pure Joy" guarantee only applies to subscription products, not one-time purchases.
Just follow these steps:
- Inform us via email about your refund request and the item you want to return.
- We'll email a prepaid return slip promptly.
- Package the bag and send it back to us.
- On receiving and stowing your package in our warehouse, we'll initiate your refund. What if it’s not my first purchase? You may have a valid reason to ask for a refund, even if it's not your first JOYBRU order. However, our love-it-guarantee only applies to your first subscription order.*
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer aren't permitted. ** This refund policy applies only to orders placed on joybru.com and can change without notice.
- PLEASE NOTE: There's a 3% processing fee for returned items - Defective/Damaged Items: For defective items, return for a full refund or exchange. We cover the return shipping for defective items. To send a replacement or issue a refund, we must receive the returned item. All returns MUST be received in our Warehouse within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds are not available for products returned past 30 days. No Exceptions.
